Nice to meet you!

Growing up, I fell in love with the world of tech and the infinite possibilities of things you could create with it. This led me to pursue computer science in my undergrad where I began to realize that while I was fascinated with how things work on the backend, I was even more interested in the human interaction with the things we create. I love to look at real problems people are facing in their lives and solve the puzzle of how to best approach them through design.

I am a curious person who is constantly looking for opportunities to learn new things and isn’t afraid to ask questions. I love working in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment where I am constantly being challenged. In my free time, you can find me making music, reading, or spending time outside.

More about me

I’m passionate about encouraging girls to code and enter the world of tech. In high school, I started a course for young girls that taught them the basics of coding and web design. At Queen’s I helped create a community for women in tech as co-chair of the Queen’s Women in Computing Club.

I worked in the Sonic Arts Studio at Queen’s and was involved with several sound installations and musical projects throughout my time there. Check out a few here.

My ambition is rooted in the climate crisis and how we can transition to a more sustainable way of living. I am interested in finding ways to use technology to give people the tools we need to make this transition, and how tech can bring people together to create meaningful change.
